Refund policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important : No Return or Exchange is available on the basis of Likings or Wrong size/color ordered by the customer. Also, for orders placed by mistake refund is available only within 24 hours of ordering. Once the order is processed NO AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED, customer will have to accept the product.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at support@kachchaaam.in . Please note that products will need to be sent to the following address: [Kachcha Aam Decor, H.no.1158 ground floor, sector 10A, Gurugram - 122001, +91-9991563064] and customer has to bear the courier charges for sending it back and for exchange product courier.
Items sent back to us without first informing first will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
There are No Refunds unless the issue is from our end. In any case customer needs a refund then only Store Credits will be provided which they can use for their next purchase.
